Whit this program you can see demo's that you recorded or downloaded, just extract the file and open, then open demo(by clicking open file) and enjoy 
You may want to create a demo folder in your main folder or ModWarfare folder. Helps for organising.

2: ultra slow
4: slow
5: normal
6: fast
8: ultra fast
also there are:
3: person thirdview
9: show hud info
0: freezedemo
1 and 7: camera angle
+ and -: camera range
